Connect One is pleased to formally announce the release of a new iChip – The “CO2144”.
www.connectone.com

Connect One already offers the iChip CO2128. The CO2144 is in fact the same silicon, but in a much smaller package – only 10x10mm, 144 ball BGA. As such it is well suited to mobile devices/applications where size is an issue. The CO2144 offers customers something important – choice. They can now choose between CO2128 (LQFP) and CO2144 (LFBGA) – both of which use the exact same firmware. This is true for customers already evaluating the CO2128 chip!
