Managed Services

Novotech offers several types of Managed Services. The most common is the day-to-day related management of devices that are field deployed. These services are hardware centric in that they have software agents loaded on to the modules that allow DOTA (downloads over the air) and then a recurring monthly fee to maintain and make upgrades to the devices. Contracts run commensurate with useful life of the device and can be as short as one month.
